We believe finding the right professional shouldn’t be complicated or risky. Our platform was designed to remove the guesswork, scams, and uncertainty that often come with home improvement projects.
What makes Who2Trust different? Unlike large, impersonal listing sites, we focus on quality over quantity. Each contractor is personally vetted and approved, and we only select one exclusive contractor per category in each region. That means every professional we feature has earned their spot — giving homeowners confidence that they’re working with the best.

Paul Gianos
Owner
With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management, Paul has been dedicated to fixing water systems since 2015 — because he believes it truly changes people’s lives. He’s passionate about designing every project to both solve the problem and remain serviceable long-term.
A former wrestler at NC State University, Paul applies that same focus and drive to his work. He’s currently on track to receive his Master Plumbing License, continuing his mission to deliver integrity, reliability, and real solutions in every project.
Chris Pavie
Operations Manager
Chris oversees the day-to-day operations of Who2Trust with a background in General Contracting and Business Management. Having worked in the water industry for years, he’s passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring homeowners connect with trustworthy professionals.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys watching his daughters play softball and fishing on the Rappahannock River. His leadership, hands-on approach, and care for people embody the heart of Who2Trust.
